It is important to keep an overview about your projects, so therefore you can classify them in project types and know directly what kind of project it is. Furthermore, all the information like status, role and task bundles are related to the project types and when you are creating a project you can easily import all this information by the choosing the type.
To create a project type, you to go to menu / settings / project. Here you find all your existing types and you can create a new one by clicking on the "+ Add type" button. This will open a pop-up where you can name the type, write a short description and select a nice little icon. When you let the check mark in "Navigate to type" set, you will be forwarded to the type details, when you save it.
Now you will be forwarded to the project type details. Here you have an overview about all the information, which are related to the type.
First of all, you can edit the basis information by clicking on the three little dots in the right corner. There you also have the opportunity to duplicate, archive or delete the type.
On the right side you can see the workflow with its status, where you can add a new status by clicking on the "+" or edit it by clicking on the small pencil.
Furthermore, you can see the task bundles below the status. Either there is already a task bundle connected or you can create a new one by clicking on the "+".
In the middle of the screen you can see the roles within the project type. There you also can add a new one by clicking on the "+" button or edit it by clicking on the small pencil.
On the left side you can see the description, which you can edit in the basic information of the project type. Below the description is the number schema. There are detailed articles on how to create a number schema and why do you need a project type.
