First of all, its good to know why you need task bundles and how you create them. More about that here.
If you want to import your self-created task bundles into a project you have two options in Q.
First Option: Automatically via project types
You can assign your task bundle directly to a project type. Therefore, you have to go to settings / task bundles. Here you have to select your created task bundle and open it.
Now you have to click on these three little dots in the right corner next to the pink + button. Here you can choose between edit, manage project types and delete it. When you want to add it to a project type, you have to select the "manage project types". Then it will open a pop-up window, where you have to click on the blue "add to project type" button.
In the following pop-up you can select the corresponding project type by clicking on "+ select project type". Furthermore, you can select here, in what status the task bundle will be added. You can choose here between your self-created status.
Now you just have to save it. From now on every project with that type will be created with these task bundle.
Second Option: Manually in the project
When you already created a project and want to import a task bundle it is also possible. For that you have to go to project overview and select your project. In the project you have to switch the tab to "Tasks".
By clicking on the three little dots in the right corner next to the purple + button you can add a new list or import a task bundle. When you import a task bundle, there will open a pop-up window, where you can choose the right task bundle.
Then you just have to wait a second, and the task bundle will be there.
